Amrita Saigal is the very intelligent professional who started a new business named Kudos to Baby, a sustainable diaper company. This girl has some background already at a young age. 1 Amrita Saigal went to Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2006 – 2010 where she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science Mechanical Engineering degree. Following college she went to work for Google in Business Development. Kudos wasn’t her first company she started as an entrepreneur as she was co-founder of a company called Saathi. Then in 2016 she was Head of Business Development and Community at a company called Unthunkable. Finally, in 2019, she started Kudos to Baby.
2 She loves to dance and in fact she was the President of the Indian Classical Dance Team at MIT.
3 Amrita is also a musician! She plays the violin and performed with the San Francisco Civic Symphony which her brother, Arun, is the conductor of.
4 She is married to Karthish Manthiram and together they just announced the newest arrival into their family, baby girl, Avni Saigal Manthiram on June 8, 2022 at 4:57 am. Funny enough, that was at the same time she found out she would be on Shark Tank!
5 Amrita has a sweet tooth and loves ice cream! She says there is no better way then to spend it at the Garden Creamery.
