Nichole Powell is a powerhouse with her company, Kinfield drawing tons of press attention, she is adding one big press to the list by being on ABC’s coveted Shark Tank. Powell is on a mission to bring natural and sustainable ingredients into outdoor staples with her company, hoping for a deal with the sharks on Shark Tank on ABC. We should get to know the person behind the company now.
1. Nichole Powell is a 2012 graduate of University of Wisonsin – Madison with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. This makes her approximately 32 years old as of 2023.
2. Powell is definitely a caring individual. She wanted to share what helps to ground her as chaos comes about in life. Here is her list of the “little things” she is thankful for.
- the hummingbird that came to my window this morning
- group chats with my support crew
- penguins (watch any video of them and tell me it doesn’t make you smile)
- a body that can move and stretch and dance
- the neighbor that brought me lemon cheesecake
- actually, all lemon cheesecake
- and all nice neighbors
3. Self care truly matters to Nichole. Here she shares how the entire work from home era during COVID helped her discuss more meditation and less pressure. Comfortable clothes and the drop of “fake images.” She said the lack of worry about “keeping up appearances” allows her to spend more time with her dog.
4. She is definitely fit. Take a look at this handstand she is doing while hiking on a mountain. She is limber and can move pretty easily. Here is her reminder for all her followers: “Take a breather this weekend. Grab a book. Watch the clouds for a while. Call someone you love. Dance around just because you can. Go for a hike. Breathe. Rest. And for the love of all that is holy, turn off your notifications.”
5. Did we mention she has a super cute shaggy brown dog? So glad she was able to spend more time with that sweet dog of hers.
Her dog’s name is Charlie, Sir Charlie Doodle for the full name. You can find him on Instagram. He is 75% poodle and 25% golden retriever. He has a brother named Alfie Doodle!
