Where Did Juan Go to School?
He went to Rutgers Business School and received his PhD in Food Science and Technology. He also received his MBA at Rutgers Business School in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
Work Experience
For nine years Juan was a program leader at Kraft Nabisco. He then moved on to Cadbury as a Senior Project Manager for almost five years.
Fitness Buff
Juan is definitely a fitness buff. Here is a photo from his Instagram where he says this is week #1 of transformation for muscle gain and fat loss.
He definitely enjoys working on his shoulders. Here he is running a front shoulder raise on the incline bench. In his caption he explains “that doing them this way hits the shoulder at an angle we don’t normally hit when doing them standing. That is almost above your head. I realized I can do these with a much lighter weight than standing. Next time I’ll go lighter and hold it at the top and bring it down slow to get the negatives.”
Even though he loves his P-Nuff Crunch, here you can see his lunch was Tibetan momo which is a steam dumpling filled with potato.
